Do you offer warranty on used laptops?
Yes, all our laptops are tested and come with a satisfaction guarantee. You can inspect the laptop before paying — open the box and check it works perfectly before you pay for Cash on Delivery orders.
Can I see a live demo before buying?
Yes! Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 323 5511633 and our team will show you a live video demo of the laptop you’re interested in before you place an order.
Can I visit your store in person?
Absolutely. Our store is located at Adam Jee Road, Bank Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday, 10:00am to 8:00pm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and direct Bank Transfer. JazzCash, Easypaisa, and card payments will be added soon.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide through Leopards Courier. Delivery within Rawalpindi/Islamabad typically takes 1-2 days, other cities 2-4 days.
Are your laptops new or used?
We specialize in used and refurbished laptops, carefully tested and graded for condition. Each product listing clearly states the condition — Open Box, Refurbished, or Used Grade A/B.
